Understanding how users actually moved through the home page to the checkout process and designing a new experience.

Azadea is a leading retailer in the Middle East. It operates a number of retail stores and websites, including Azadea.com. Azadea wanted to improve the purchaseing journey for its customers on Azadea.com.

The goals of the purchase journey optimization project were to:

  • A data driven design.
  • Reduce the number of abandoned carts.
  • Increase the number of completed purchases.

The purchase journey optimization project was conducted using a variety of methods, including:

User research: We conducted user research to understand how customers were currently experiencing the purchase journey on Azadea.com. This research included surveys, interviews, usability testing and benchmark analysis.

Process improvement: We identified areas where the purchase journey could be improved. These areas included the ease of use of the checkout process, the clarity of the shipping and payment information, and the availability of products/sizes.

The purchase journey optimization project for Azadea was a success. The project resulted in a smoother, more customer-friendly purchase journey.
