Optimising the website to increase conversion

Usability testing & conversion rate optimisation to increase the conversion rate of sim sales and re-charge for uFone.

E& approached Tribal Experience with the goal of increasing web conversions on sim sales and re-charge for uFone. The website had an high bounce rate and abandon cart rate.

A/B testing: The team tested different versions of landing pages and other website elements to see which ones resulted in the highest conversion rates.

Heat mapping: The team used heat mapping software to track how users interacted with the website and identify areas where they were getting stuck or confused.

User interviews: The team interviewed users to get their feedback on the website and to identify any pain points they were experiencing.

The CRO project was a success. The team was able to increase the number of leads generated from the website by 25% and to increase the recharged order by 15%.

Landing pages

The team tested different versions of landing pages, including different headlines, calls to action, and images. The team found that a landing page with a headline that focused on the benefits of UFONE’s services and a call to action that invited users to sign up for a free trial resulted in the highest conversion rate.

Heat mapping

The team used heat mapping software to track how users interacted with the website. The team found that users were getting stuck on a particular page on the website. The team made changes to this page to make it easier for users to understand.

User interviews

The team interviewed users to get their feedback on the website. The team found that users were confused about the different plans that UFONE offered. The team made changes to the website to make it easier for users to compare plans.
